Lineage | 11 regurgitate samples were collected from 7 cool season (May/June 2018/2019) and 4 hot season (December 2017/January2019) band rumped storm petrels (Hydrobates castro) on Egg Island, St Helena by EMD. Details of samples are kept at EMD. Samples were sent to project partners at Cardiff University for storage, processing and analysis by DNA barcoding to identify prey items. |
