Lineage | 24 cavities were monitored in 2013, 28 in 2014, 2015 & 2016, 27 cavities in 2017 and 25 cavities in 2018. Activity was monitored using a combination of physical observation and Bushnell Trophy infra red motion sensor cameras. All Red-billed tropicbirds (Phaethon aethereus) found using the cavities were identified through ringing and the activity was recorded e.g. nesting, roosting or on territory. The dataset is held at St Helena Government (SHG). |
