Predator control at Ladder Hill seabird colony during August to December 2014-2016

The data series contains pdf files of trapping logs from Ladder Hill, mainland St Helena. Routine mammalian predator trapping was completed during annual Red-billed tropicbird (Phaethon aethereus) monitoring and tracking from August to December 2014-2016.

Lineage Predator control was conducted throughout the red-billed tropicbird (Phaethon aethereus) annual monitoring period from Auguat to December. A maximum of five traps were set from Monday to Friday in the moniroting area at Ladder Hill, baited with raw fish and checked a minimum of every other day. Weekends traps were closed. All triggers and animals trapped were recorded on the daily logs. Trapping logs are held at St Helena Government (SHG), paper copies are also held at the St Helena National Trust (SHNT).
