Lineage | Blood samples were collected under the Darwin PLUS Initiative project (DPLUS018) and used to amplify the mitochondrial control region sequences from 34 adult Band-rumped storm petrel (Hydrobates castro) from St Helena, (12 cool season (June) and 22 hot season (November). Cytochrome b sequences were also amplified. The samples were collected by St Helena Government (SHG), processed at Queens University Kingston, Canada as project partners. |
